Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST ship out within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship out next business day. Free Shipping is limited to standard shipping on orders 10 lbs or less. Merchandise total must reach $70 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping to qualify for free shipping.
- For both UPS and USPS ground shipping options, more time will be required for any possible shipping changes to be made and any changes may incur some additional shipping days
- All shipping time frames on orders are estimated and not guaranteed
UPS Ground Delivery Time - 3 to 7 business days + 24 - 72 hours to process the order.
UPS 3 Day Delivery Time - 3 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
UPS 2 Day Delivery Time - 2 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
UPS Next Day Residential - Delivery within 1 business day + 24-72 hours to process the order.
USPS Priority Mail - Delivery within 2 to 9 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order. (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island customers)
APO/FPO orders are ship out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks + 24-72 hours to process the order.
Orders require 24-72 hours processing time before shipping (In rare cases shipment processing may take up to 5 to 7 business days) Customer is notified in such cases. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday.
No UPS deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
All orders shipped within TX will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for TX orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling.
Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.
PureNTru will use either UPS, Fedex or USPS to ship out order.
Express Shipping is not available for PO Box or Military address. If you select express shipping method to PO box or military address shipping difference from express to priority shipping cost will be issued and package will ship priority mail.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
PureNTru reserves the right to charge customer(s) as needed to cover the full amount that is due for any past due amounts or any monies that are owed to PureNTru. PureNTru is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from PureNTru.com. You are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to Mother Nature or has been miss-delivered unless the fault is of Purentru.com.

- APO, FPO is applied domestic rate.
- We do not send by Parcel Post to US mainland.
- Our online shipping system can calculate the rate for USPS up to 50 LBS. If the shipping weight is over 50 LBS we will recalculate the rate and contact you with new and update shipping fee based on actual weight of your order.

Miscellaneous Shipping Costs
You will be liable for any taxes and duty (e.g. VAT, custom duty, etc.) that apply to your purchase. In some rare cases additional charges such as a service, agency, or brokerage fees associated with your deliveries that are charged by local agents. These charges are at the discretion of each country and some countries have more charges than others. Contact your local FEDEX site. They should be able to give you an estimate on what you should expect to pay.
Returned UPS packages
You will be charged for returns if packages are returned due to refusal, wrong address or unavailability after 3 attempts

Before emailing us, please double check your shipping address. Once we ship out the package, the speed of delivery depends on the US Postal Service and other Carriers.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. To insure your package please select Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Expedited Shipping and message email@example.com to add signature required at an additional cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address. Please proofread prior to submitting your order and verify when you receive confirmation email to ensure address and details are correct.
- APO/FPO : Delivery in 5-15 business days after shipment on average but can take up to 2 months in rare cases.

- It will take 8-10 business days to have the investigating result Priority Mail from US Postal Office.
- If the package is delayed due to weather please note that it will not be reimbursed for shipping cost.
- We cannot open a claim after 30 days, if your claim is denied, we reserve the right to refuse reshipment of your order.
- Approved claims- If a claim is approved by the carrier we do have the right to choose between a gift card or reshipment, no refunds will be processed.
Shipping timelines are generally not guaranteed therefore, we are unable to reimburse shipping if arriving later than expected. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

- If a package weighs over 50 pounds (22.7 kg) UPS Worldwide Expedited will calculate automatically the rate for any shipping weight.
- If a shipping address is found to be incorrect, the customer will be charged an additional shipping correction fee.
- You are responsible for charges incurred by the refusal or return of package by providing wrong address. The charges are comprised of sending and returning shipping fees, taxes and duties, and carrier's processing fees.
Undeliverable, Refused Packages
You will be charged for returns if packages are returned due to refusal, wrong address or unavailability after 3 attempts because UPS charges for this. Order will be canceled and all fees (including but not limited to additional shipping costs and/or re-stocking fees Will Apply.) *** If package has not been delivered on your delivery date, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible as we do have a time frame to set up claims and or investigations with our mail carriers. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any results for deliveries after package has been delivered for more than 30 days from when you claim. Unfortunately we have a time frame that we cannot overlook and if the package shows to have been delivered more than 30 days ago we cannot assure a claim can be set up with the carriers. If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing. Furthermore, packages that are refused or deemed undeliverable, for any reason, will not be resolved with a refund or a reshipment until the parcel is deemed "LOST" by the shipping carrier or returned to our facility.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, purentru.com will gladly accept returns for eligible products within 14 days from delivery date. This applies to purchases made on purentru.com only.
Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Customers must provide picture of item being returned to determine if it is acceptable based on policy before return is accepted.

NOTE: Only full price items purchased on the website are eligible for return. Sale, Clearance, special price items are not eligible for return. Returns are not accepted in store. ALL in-store purchases are final sale. See below for list of items ineligible for return.
Returning an item for any reason, email us at email@example.com and submit it to us. We will review your reason for return and determine if it qualifies. It may take 3 to 10 business days from the date the package is received to be inspected
NOTE: We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, minimum 30% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the restocking fee is applied to the item value, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order within 5 business days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.
If returned items are not in the same condition as they were when sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with shipping charge.
As indicated above, accepted returned merchandise will receive a minimum 30% restocking fee.
If the original order qualified for any free shipping and promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.
Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.
Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by a photo displaying the evidence of the claim. All of these claims can range from 1 to 8 business days to be resolved after claim is submitted.
Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged.
Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender)
If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.
Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
If in-store Pick Up Order is not picked up within 7 days of the arrival at the store, the order will be considered as refused/undeliverable package. We will cancel the order and issue a refund. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Ineligible Items for return
- Clearance items, Sale items, Promotional items, Special price items, Special Order items.
- All items purchased in store
- ALL Fashion jewelries, wigs, clip-ons, clip-ins, tape-ins, and cosmetics are final Sale.
- Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, and damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
